Good standard house in beautiful walking area
The cosy seaside resort Estartit lies 40 km. east of Girona. Estartit is, like many seaside resorts in Spain, grown from a fishermen's village into a well know seaside resort. Here you have many different and nice shopping streets and you can have a lovely meal in the various restaurants. In the urbanization Torre Vella this cute, terraced house lies (next to the corner house). The house is divided over two floors. The interior is partly modern and partly rustic. It contains of a terrace and a balcony facing south with garden furniture. Also access to a paved garden, reachable via a stairs from the terrace. The car can be parked at the house.
Specifics:
In winter time this house is only rentable for minimum of 3 weeks. This house is standard equipped with four sleeping accommodations. For the 5th person you pay EUR 12 per week at the spot for an extra bed. You need to admit this at the reservation.
Ground floor: 1 livingroom (TV, fire place, DVD player, radio), 1 open plan kitchen (oven).
On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (bunk bed), 1 bathroom (bath, Toilet), 1 WC.
General: washing machine, balcony, terrace, garden, garden furniture, swimmingpool (shared), cot (to rent on request), high chair (to rent on request), playpen (to rent on request).
