The house is located some meters from a sandy beach at the beginning of Les Issambres away. The closed property with private swimming pool (approx. 7 x 3 m) is very well groomed and it is one of the rare properties with pool and very close to the sea. The coastal road runs between the beach and the house.
Room description:
The house with a floor space of approx. 80 sqm consists of two floors. You enter the house via the terrace with outside furniture leading to the living/dining room. The equipped kitchen with microwave, small dish washer, refrigerator incl. freezer is close to the living room. Washing machine, separate WC.
On the first floor you find two bedrooms: one with a French double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with bath tub and a separate WC.
