Outside of Ramatuelle, directly at the beach of l'Escalet in a calm residential quarter you will find our villa (approx. 200 m² floor space) with pool (approx. 9.80 m x 4.5 m), which was built in the year 1964 partly from natural stones . The approx. 2700 m² large property offers parking possibilities for several vehicles. From the pool, from the covered terrace and some bedrooms you have a beautiful and uninterrupted view to the sea. This house is an ideal holiday accommodation
for several families.
Room description:
The house has two floors and is partly furnished in a provençale way. First floor: The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Living/dining-room with rustic table, chairs, open fire-place, gallery with two single beds and access to the vast covered terrace with garden furniture and wonderful sea views. Two bedrooms on the second floor: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with three single beds, one with two single beds and one with five single beds (this bedroom is not heated during the winter). The house has three bathrooms: two with shower and one with bath and WC and two separate WCs as well. Card telephone. Washing machine and freezer in the garage, barbecue.
