The free standing house with pool is located on an approx. 2500 m² property with nice view on the sea and 70 m from the sandy beach away. The closed property with Palm trees, oleanders, Mimosas, etc... is well-groomed. A private swimming pool (approx. 10 x 5 m) is available.
Room description:
The house with a floor space of approx. 90 m² consists of a ground floor. The equipped kitchen with microwave, dish washer, refrigerator incl. freezer, the living/dining room with access to the covered terrace with outside furniture, two bedrooms: one bedroom with a French double bed (with bed foot) and ones with two single beds (also with a bed foot each), bathroom with bath tub, separate WC. Washing machine.

The electricity consumption is very high if the outside illumination is used intensively.
